Bouncy, acoustic pop-rock bass line

A band mate had criticized me for playing too 'rhythmically', so I tried my hand at recording a bouncy line for another band mate's demo. The song itself isn't exactly a hit, and there are no production values whatever, but it's still one of my finer bass lines...

We never ended up pursuing the song, deeming it too poppy.

Oh god when will the pop ups stop. The sound is a bit dry and your over mutting. sometimes you have to let the bass ring a bit so it doesn't sound like it's comming out of a keyboard.

It is a bit busy and steps on the lyrics at times instead of supporting them, though I did enjoy it.
