BT on "Accidents will Happen"

Fast becoming a Bruce Thomas addict over here--I can't get enough!

"Accidents . ." is so incredible on so many levels. Aside from the killer tone, phrasing, and melodicism, what exactly is going on in the chorus B parts, where it sounds like he's plucking a little chordal/harmony thing, or maybe it's just the bass and the keys all mushing together, or who knows what overdub harmonizing with the bass? Just wondering--it's a brilliant moment in a brilliant track..
