Buzzcocks Bass

I love the original Buzzcocks stuff, I think Steve Garvey did some cool stuff.

I know he was primarily a P-bass man, together with his Stingray.

However, does anyone know what he's playing on the track 'Strange Thing'?

It could be his Stingray.....sounbds a bit Ric to me, but I'm not aware of him ever playing one!

Any thoughts?
