Can I get a review of the new single?

The first song is the pre-mastered copy of the single I did with my friend Steve. I ran two signals through a GT DI (one clean, right from bass; the other went through an LTD SR and an Ampeg Portabass 2x10 combo).

I am going to give him feedback before he finishes the track, the one thing I notice is the bass is a little high in the verse sections, and that the treble could be rolled off a tad.

I want some feedback from the community though! Posting this in the Effects forum as well to see what they think

Andrew

I like all the songs. The bass sounds tight and melodic.

Wow dude, you are ON to something here. This reminds me of some mid/late 90's alternative. I really like it, and it's very catchy. The chord changes are nice and somewhat exotic without being too out there. Your voice sounds great with the music. I didn't notice anything that stuck out as far as needing a volume change right away, if that tells you anything. If I listened to it on several sound systems I might change my opinion but just on my laptop speakers I can hear everything clearly.

They are all great.

I know you are only asking about the first song "Love Will See Me Though". I really like "Burn", but the guitar solos in it could use some work. A few notes even sound out of tune.
