I don't usually go to a store and buy music any longer because it's just too expensive compared to downloads but I always download the entire album when I get one. I buy three or four download albums a week and I really can't ever see myself just buying songs here and there. I like the idea of getting the album experience rather than just singles. There are so many gems to be found in the b-sides that it's really sad to ignore them.

I guess I'm a dinosaur, I want something I can hold and the art. I buy vinyl too.

I'm with you, I get the vinyl whenever a band I like releases it, which is a lot these days. Those 180 and 200 gram vinyl records really just can't be beat. To me, there is not comparison between vinyl and anything else, vinyl always wins. There is just something about putting on a record that makes it an experience rather just having something playing in the background.

I like purchasing CD's over downloads. As someone said above, there's just something about holding an album in your hands.

I prefer to do it if I can, cause I sometimes like to blast them in my brutal sounding CD player in my room.

If I only like a song or two, I'll just buy the individual downloads. If I like the whole album then I'll buy the CD.
I like the extras that come with the physical product.

Neither Apple or Amazon sells MP3s to my country, so yes. I still buy CDs. Anyway, I like having the cover / leaflets as well.

There was a time I used to download stuff (mainly for financial reasons). Now, I buy CDs and vinyls.

I prefer to buy the CD and rarely buy downloads unless I need a particluar newer song or an old song that is not on a CD. However, I have encountered numeours problems with downloads from several providers where the quality is not good, there are hiccups in the download, or other issues. I still own a massive vinyl collection too.

I buy CDs for several reasons:
(1) They're of higher sound quality than MP3 downloads
(2) They tend to cost the same or less than an MP3 album download (purchases on Amazon for me average about $9.00 per)
(3) I have the album artwork and credits, which I love to read
(4) It gives me a high-quality backup for my MP3s
(5) As the OP stated, I still believe in the concept of an album, where (hopefully) the artist took time to put a collection of songs together, in a particular order, for a reason

I do both, but I prefer to buy the CDs, at least a couple a week. After over 40 years of buying music, I still get excited when I bring home some new stuff to listen to and inspire me.

Kinda. I love the artwork on some albums, but most music is very bland in the packaging dept, so I'll save a few trees and plastic and go for the digital stuff.

I much prefer the sound quality of the cd, even if converted into a lossless format for my ipod. Itunes has better quality sound than it once did, but it still isn't cd quality.
