Okay, so this barely fits under the basses section and will probably be moved by a mod, but check this guy out! He calls himself Bernhoft and is a one man band using a number of guitars and a loop station of some sort. He's put bass strings as the top two strings of his acoustic guitar so he gets actual bass lines.

Check it:

That's pretty cool. But he really narrows the guitar sound he will get without those extra strings. I kind want to do that to my acoustic now, but I don't know what gauge I would put on that. Like super lights.

Yeah, huh? I just downloaded his album. I know there are others that do this kind of stuff but I haven't found anybody (other than Phil Keaggy) who does it this well and is this much fun to watch.

I think his voice is the most intriguing thing, that and the use of the loops. Pretty badass.

I know! I'd be impressed if he was only singing, but throw in all of the musical gymnastics and I'm compelled to be a fan!

Good song, check.
Great voice, check.
Good bass, check.
Good guitar, check.
Memorable style, check.
Pulls off a funky dance, check.

Did I say dang yet?

He's so good it makes me great, but then a little bad at the same time.
