Check the mix, if you would please, 80's rock.

I'm not enamored with the tune, but the mix I would like some comments on. Too scooped right. ? or is it "modern"? Well, I shouldnt even ask questions to frame it, whatyaa think of where the bass sits in the mix? Part of the kick I think!

03 - track 3.mp3 - 5.27MB

Thnx for taking the time.

Way too scooped. You're almost lost in there. Boost those mids up. 80's rock definitely had bass present in the mix.

Whoever the engineer/mix down person was they are too compressor happy.

If there was less compression the mix "might" be better.

THNX guys. He does mostly Gospel/R&B/rap, etc, and it shows. Thnx for ur time. I'll tell him to Geddy Lee it like it should be. The Lakland w Aeros sounded BOSS flat direct. He sould have kept it the way my fingers done did it./

There are some decent riffs at the end, the 7 bar exit, and I thought I froze on them to redo them later, just played it clean and simple , until I turned the bass way up.

THNX again for ur time, I wanted some "experts" to confirm my ears.
