Hey yall, over the weekend my band recorded a few tracks and we burned our favorites to a CD. I wanted to post them up here to get some feedback from some fellow bassists. Our band plays blues-based rock and some harder rock and we've been jamming together since about February. I've only been playing for about a year, so there are a few mistakes in the low end, but with some practice and polish I think we can get these songs sounding really good. All of them are originals except Move On, a Jet cover (which I had never heard before). I used my Ibanez SR 900 with my Roland Cube 30 amp. We recorded using one mic that was plugged into the guitarist's Roland BR 1600. All the vocals were sung live except for I See Myself, which we dubbed the vocals in after.
