So my band, Capitol Jay, has made extreme progress in the last year, musically and business-wise. We've been signed to an independent label, Stardune Productions, and we're currently recording our full-length album. We recorded our three-song EP in our basement,

and we have the songs posted on our
myspace. "Awake Until Sunrise" probably has the coolest bass work, it's a constant walking line, with some improvised fills in the bridge. I'd really appreciate some constructive criticism on that song. Hell, I'd appreciate DEstructive criticism, just tell me what you think. Also, I actually sing lead on "1,000,000 Blind Rats". So, tell me what you think of my singing, but go easy.

I wrote those two songs, and the lead singer wrote "1993". You can just ignore the locksmith one, that one's not all that developed yet. But what do you think? How about the bass, vocals, composition? Do you think this band has a place in the modern scene? Critique me, fellas! Incredible.
