| meeeh... everything is solid tempo-wise. Musically, drummer needs to branch out a little with some more creative fills. The guitars and vocals have a tendency to fall into very similar, if not the same pattern rhythmically. I'm not saying that it's necessarily a bad thing, but to me personally, it gets tiresome very quickly. Bass playing is good, but you need to try and shape your parts into bass parts, rather than just modified guitar parts. Understandably in metal, bass is normally playing the root, but things like changing up the rhythm , or adding passing notes helps give variety. Aside from that, I'd say that the first three songs have very loooong intros. You need to cut them down a bit and get to something substantial faster.
Recording-wise, metal mixes need to be very aggressive. Thick, heavy guitars, super clicky, aggressive kick drums, connected by a deep, growly bass tone. Even the "not so metal" metal should still follow that same protocol, just not on as grand of a scale. So it's up to your band how aggressive you want to sound. Vocals also sound very distant, and need to come out alot more.
I didn't hate it, but there's alot of stuff that could be improved. You guys are on the right track.
