I just posted this on the Peter Cetera thread in "Bassists", but they are so good I thought they deserved their own thread here for more exposure.

You need only bother watching these three, which are from a show at the Arie Crown Theater in 1972:

"Saturday In The Park"
"Now That You're Gone"
"Devils Sweet"

(the other videos on this site are just post-Terry Kath pop video stuff and not worth watching IMO....no offense intended to anyone who may be into that stuff).

Cetera plays a Gibson bass on them. I thought I saw his Precision on a stand in one of the videos, but unfortunately it doesn't make an appearance. I also saw an Acoustic 360/361 rig. I'd love to get hold of a video of the entire show.

I wish they would put a bunch of the older '70s performance videos on DVD They'd sell a ton of them.
