Sales are through the roof!, OMG talk about gettin caught with my pants down, I just had to get the duplicator to get me another 500 copies for this Friday, and then keep em comin' ...CBC Radio/TV just called for an interview, CTV Television called for their Telethon this weekend, as well several outlets have already called for replacement orders.
All the local newspapers are running articles in the next 2 weeks.
For an indy release I NEVER expected this. I thought I could sell around 150 units over this Christmas season, they sold out in 2 days.
And for my TB friends...I was jamming along (on bass) last night with the album, and it sounds awesome with the bass doubling the melody. So I'm gonna tab it out for anyone interested and post it here, (I'll start with the freebies). Some of you can do it on your own...it's a great way for bassists to handle the sometimes dreaded request from Family and Friends "Play us a Christmas Carol on your Bass". Now you can say "SURE!!!"
Joy To The World can be handled by a beginner bassist, ...it stays in one position.
I'll post them in the next few days.
