I recently received this as a gift from a friend. An excellent CD for all you '70s classic rock fans, if you don't already ahve it. Beck is smokin' on his leads, Bogert's P Bass cuts through the mix real nice, and Carmine's set sounds great. I had this LP back in the day, and I must say that the CD sounds much better than the LP, maybe it was remixed. Their version of Stevie Wonder's "Superstition" is still awesome - power trio style! |
