Is there any way to get a Region 2 (Europe) version of this DVD? I can only find it on import, Region 1 versions.

If there are no rgn 2 versions, how can I play a rgn 1 version?

I doubt there are, but if you have a laptop, though i know this only to be true with macs, you can switch it to region 1 to play the dvd, rip it, strip it of the code and burn it. This may be considered piracy by some, but i consider it making a back up of a dvd you've already bought. I've done this to italian movies my dad finds and can't live without.

I have a DVD rom drive but nnot a burner, maybe that's something to put in my Christmas stocking...
I was thinkin along those lines though, thanks. I dunno how to change the region settings in a desktop PC though.
I've got DVD decoder though, if that helps.

That'll do it, they may be an option to remove region coding.
