i made a little recording using Sony Acid, a drum loop and my bongo...

Pretty cool. I kept waiting for something to happen. The bass sounded a little muddy. I know the Bongo is far from muddy. What did you use as an interface?

I thought the playing and the ideas were good, I just kept anticipating a slapped lead line or something. Keep it up!

i went straight into my sound card. and my strings are dead, so they need changing.

i guess i should point out that my aim was simply to make an enjoyable groove. i wasn't intending to record a lead break or something, but maybe i should play around with a few ideas.

yeah man im not very into lead breaks and i understand your idea, in your place i would try to mess around a little more and see what happends!!!!
