"Are You Gonna Go My Way" has a funky bass solo which completely overshadows whatever the guitar is doing at the same time.
Working on learning it note for note.
What other songs have cool bass solos?

In my opinion, one of the most beautiful bass solos ever can be heard in that recording. If you are interested in explore it a bit further, you can check my version of that solo: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Rw_JlanqY0&fmt=22
Lots of room for improvements, but I think it somewhat helps anybody interested in studying it. An awesome solo, anyway. |
