Pick any Trans Siberian Orchestra album. Jethro Tull also has a Christmas album.

Just heard a Ronnie James Dio/Tony Iommi doing God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen from the We Wish You a Metal X-mas and Headbanging New Year album.

Wicked good.

I don't know how much anyone would enjoy this but Twisted Sister released a Christmas album, fairly recently actually, might be worth checking out if you're into that sort of thing.

They do a version of "O Come All Ye Faithful" to the music of "We're Not Gonna Take It" and I found it somewhat amusing...

"We Wish You A Metal Christmas" is actually pretty decent. The version of "Silent Night" with Chuck Billy on vocals is probably the best Christmas carol ever.
