A couple of solo, looped songs

I've been doing some work on a new CD, full length or EP TBA (not sure how long I'm going to make it yet), and thought I'd put up a couple of the tracks I've been working on.

Both songs are recorded directly through my M-Audio Mobile Pre recording interface into Garage Band. Minimal amounts of tone shaping, used almost entirely for reverbs because I was too lazy to haul my multi-effects pedal out of my gig bag. Bass used in both recordings was my custom Stambaugh 6 string, with Aero pickups. The bass is a dream to record.

Hey, good job man! You say you've got a multi fx? Do you have any good phaser, chorus, leslie, or delay patches on there? I think some good modulations could help you color up some of your other compositions if you'd like, at least I know I used to use phasers, choruses, Uni-Vibe, and delays all over my solo bass stuff like that. Can really add some more depth and motion to some of your parts, and introduce a lot of new textures wherever desired. I do like the reverb you did though sounds great!
