yeah, I am sure some people will look down their noses at that aspect of it. It's all about "the feel" for us. I've come to realize that most people either love it or hate it.

I like it. I struggle with the same issues, using a bad mic in a bad environment. One thing you can do is load the audio into audacity or some program, select all of the audio and go to effects > Compressor. It should take out some of the clipping and buzzing.

As far as you guys go. As was already mentioned this might be fairly salvageable if you throw it into Audacity and clean the tracks up with a compressor. Next time put the camera on the otherside. Like on the staircase over there. That way we'll get the front of you guys instead of the back of you guys.
