Criticism for my band's first demo (3 songs) with our new singer

I was hoping to get some feedback from the TB community on my band's new demo tracks. We recorded them over the last couple days and I think they came out well for what they are and just wanted to spread the word a bit and hear what you all think.

This is the first material we've recorded with our new singer, and since our first stuff was recorded, we've changed from heavier hard-rock stuff, to a more pop-punk feel.

I'd love to hear any thoughts you guys have on the songs.

It's not really my favorite style of music and you could definitely benefit from some better recording equipment (who couldn't?).

That being said, the songs are really really catchy. Nice work!
