I'm a recent convert from guitar to bass (strictly amateur coffee shop and church player/hobbyist), and I'd love some feedback on the bassline in this original song I recorded. Feel free to comment on anything else in the song too, but I'm mostly interested in what you more experienced guys think of the bassline. Does it serve the song well? Is it "busy?" Too simple? Any specific flaws in my playing I should work on? Anything you really like about it?
