I've heard worse. Way worse. I think your voice is fine, and some of your technique is already fairly good, naturally. Explore what all you can do with it, and you will be fine.

It never hurts to have more than one singer, though. Variety is the spice of life!

Overall, I like it.

Sounds good, man. Better than me! Lol.

I think you could do a lot of the singing. As suggested earlier, it would really be cool to have multiple singers. You have to realize your voice fits certain style tunes very well. It likely won't with others. The trick is knowing where those boundaries are.

Should you sing in your band? Of course! Rock on, dude. Sounds fine!
