Cubase Problem, IT guys help!

Well, i recently copied a song i was making from one computer to the other. On the 1st PC the setup was on Cubase VST. The new station i am on is on Cubase SX2. I copied the .all file across, but it says its not compatible.

Does anyone know what i can do to get this to work?

My guess is that you simply tried to "open" the .all file.
You need to "import" it via file, import, Cubase song.
