"Cumberland Blues" by the Dead - how to count that last chorus

the one that starts Gotta get down to the Cumberland Mine, that's where I mostly spend my time ...

I play jazz and all kinds of stuff and I still can't count that part of Cumberland Blues correctly. A bar of 2/4, 3/4, 6/4?
