Dave Carpenter

A few years ago I heard Dave Carpenter play with Peter Erskine and Bob Sheppard. They had a trio together (forget the name) and released a cd. The show was amazing and Dave was playing a 6-string and playing all these wild chord solos. I was wondering if anyone knew of any recordings with Dave doing those kinds of solos? I bought the cd by that trio but I was disappointed because it was nothing like the show and Dave didn't take any wild chordal solos.

Anyone?

It was called the Lounge Art Ensemble. Did you get the CD called "Lava Jazz"?

My friend has this disc, and I was blown away by Dave's chord melody playing on the first track. As I recall, he played mostly upright on the rest of the album, but it was all incredibly good stuff.
