Demo tracks I'd like you to listen

Hey guys, I made some new demo tracks that I wanna share. I'm promoting an experience with myself, I wanna know if I can write a song that can sell. That's important to me because the result of the experience might change my path in life so be cruel and honest. These might not be the ones but tell me what you think. (still needs vocals though) I went for the la roux/kesha type of sound

In case you're curious I used my streamer stage one V with seymour duncan electronics and DR coated strings through amplitube ampeg software.

I would say yeah, this could sell. The next step may well be professional mixing and mastering.

i think you cannot really tell if something will "sell" without hearing the vocal hook.
