I don't know about anyone else but I am REALLY looking forward to this album. I've heard some of their stuff on myspace and it sounds super swell!
Anyone else getting prepared to cream themselves over this little ditty!?

I saw them a few years back. I was too young to realize the complexity. But it was damn intense. |

But DEP deserves more respect IMO

Apparently, from what he says, it's a mix of everything they've done so far.
Miss Machine and the work with Mike Patton is my favourite stuff by them. |

I hate to be that guy, but none of their stuff really interests me beside Under The Running Board. The Patton EP is pretty cool, too. |

The sound where I was (up front/center-right) was messed, no guitars coming through, a **** load of bass (what a mean tone he gets!), drums, and a bit of vocals. According to my friend who was off to the left, everything sounded perfect there.
Even though the sound was off, it was one of the greatest shows Ive ever been to, definitely the most energetic. I got bruised up quite a bit, but it was fun. The rhythm guitarist landed on me in the first song, so did the singer in the last song. I've never seen another band that has no boundaries when it comes to interacting with the crowd (like I said, two band members were on top of me), and little to no limits to what they'll pull off. I remember after the guitarist was off of me and back on stage, I looked for Ben and found him on top of the PA's about 20 feet above the audience, rocking out like a mad man. Their stage presence is simply unmatched, they tear every venue they play apart.
I can't wait for this album. I downloaded the leak, but I want to the release since the leak is only 192kps.

But the energy and production of this album are top notch stuff to say the least. The riffs are the usual DEP stuff, but they just seem less cluttered and more open on this one. |
