Do You Like This Lead Bass Tone?

Messing around with a 6 string.....made and little diddy to solo over....Song is called Evil Circus. Could anyone please listen and tell me what you think about the lead bass. Is it a pleasing tone...obnoxious? etc. any input would be great.

nah man its kinda neat. Its a cool theme. It makes me smile. Maybe a little to repetitive.

It's a very chill round bass sound, makes you smile

But the song itself sort of creep'd the **** out of me at times!!

Kinda similar tone to the mid section of "Orion"

Very mid tone,no bassy sound,better for soloing.The sound on "Weed Lincoln" is better though.

Thanks everybody. The first solo is a bass...then keyborads...then bass again...then keyborads to fade out. I am looking for input on the tone of the bass solo. Not the drums and bass basic track.

Loved the tone, but does it fit? This had kind of an updated Munsters feel to it. I dont mean this in a bad way but it was the first thing that popped in my head when listening. Maybe the tone needs a little more edge to fit.

OK, cool. I can picture the Munsters theme. I know what you are saying. You are talking about the bass track (with the drums) not Lead bass track? Right?

Yea...You are right...I have been thinking about it for the last few minutes, and you hit the nail on the head......The basic track does need more of an edge. Now, this is what I'm talking about.. feedback. Thank-You. Peace, John
