There is a new studio video on youtube of DT recording "The Dark Eternal Night". Myung is using a MM Bongo bass. Is he done with Yamaha? He also uses a pick at the end of the song.

Dunno yet! Put it this way he's always loved EBs. He uses them for recording plus his JM2 sig model has a Seymor Duncan pretty much where a Music man would have one. They just dont have 6st yet (but will very soon have a Bongo 6st, I'm guessin Myung will get one). He began using Picks in Octavarium, he loves the tone but he uses both when applicable

well he's using a 5 string bongo and he usually uses 6ers. do bongos make 6ers? if not then i bet he'll still use yamaha's.
