Drum and Bass Duo's?

Sign in to disble this ad
I've been really wanting to listen to some bands that just have Drum's and Bass.

I know about DFA 1979 but I'm not looking for rock oriented stuff, more like funky/slappy happy/effect driven stuff. I searched on youtube for stuff and didn't find what I'm looking for. So for you guys that know of any, can you link me to a myspace or website or something?

I'm looking to start my own thing like this and want to hear what else is out there. I know there around, I jsut don't know where to look.

And to be picky... Toupe is a drum and bass and bass trio

Also 2piece, I think is their name. http://2piece.co.uk/

Halo

Interesting concept, although I'm not a huge fan of the execution but maybe I just haven't given them the proper time. Should appeal to fans of Sunn O))) and other similar whacked out acts.

Listen to the song "The Fish (Schindeleria Praemataurus)" (sp) by Yes. It's just Chris Squire (x12) and Billy Bruford.

I can't really help you with bass and drums, but I know a few Stick and drum duos.
