Drum'n'bass for Bassists

I'm looking to learn some drum'n'bass basslines. Which ones are essential for bassists to learn? I have a number of Squarepusher and Aphex Twin albums - which are great - but I might be looking for some material that is a bit more groovin' and funkier. (Not to say that Squarepusher has some tunes that really groove.)

For a Pre-Y2K D&B primer check the following out. Not sure if these artist have much material from the 2000's as I listen mostly to Jungle and Dub-Step now.

Keep in mind the term "D&B" actually covers a lot of sub-genres, the majority (IMO) being Reggae/Jazz influenced.

Roni Size & Reprasent ( NewForms & IN THE MODE are good a good place to start.)
Goldie
L.T.J Bukem
Lamb
DJ Dara
DRS & Kenny Ken
DJ Hype
DJ Krome & Mr.Time
The Terrorist
DJ Rap
Shy FX
DJ Soul Slinger
Plug

Hope that helps.

If you can find it, check out - bocardo : Welcome To The Drum & Bass Lounge. It's a d&b record I did in 2001 with loads of live bass, upright and electric. I think there's some pretty tasty grooves on it ,if i do say so myself.

For some live DnB playing, try to find Uri Caine's "Bedrock" disc or the group Droid.
