I'm interested in learning more about and hearing more early music, but I don't really know where to start since you can't just walk into your local record store and pick up some Gregorian chant.. or can you?

Inform me

Sure you can. Check out Hilliard Ensemble and Anonymous 4 in your classical record section. They'll get medieval on your a$$.
