Hey guys,

Here's a tune I've been working on. I play bass, keyboards, and guitar in the recording. The mixing still needs some work, and I might record a soprano sax for the melody and a solo or something. Anyway, comments/criticism appreciated!

i dig this man. Soprano Sax would sound cool doing the melody line. The chord progression and movement is really cool. Nice bass chops too. I dig all the ghost noting. Nice bass solo, real melodic. Nice keys chops too. Great song!

Great playing. Very nice composition. A sax or flute playing the melody would sound good.

As far as the mix, you might consider bringing the congas more to the front. They sound pretty buried in the mix and they can really add a lot to this style of music. Guitar could probably come up some too. Maybe back the drums down a notch. Of course, I'm listening to this on cheap PC speakers so take it for what it's worth.

Ooh, flute! Thanks for the advice, I think that's a really great idea! Seems like this song could really use a flute playing the melody and taking a solo...
