I'm just trying to figure out all these "mini-genres." |

Speaking of hardcore, I saw a hardcore show the other day. With the exception of a couple bands, they were all really good. You gotta love that huge hardcore drum sound.

The problem is while emo can be classified with this "more melodic label" some of the boys sets fire I've heard is real heavy with shouting. I think there trying to confuse us all. I think any emo band should just be lazily chucked in with nu-metal, that would make everyone happy. Categorising bands is so confusing. BTW NFG = pop punk, like Blink 182 and Fenix TX. |
