New Badu album is a return to old form. Sounds a lot more like her first couple records with more mid-tempo burners and real chill groovers. less political than the last record and more about love.

great bass playing by her touring bassist on the record.

I love Mrs Badu's music.
Excellent record, but IMO part I was better.

In fact part I for me was a master piece. Pure Genius.

have been lifting lines from this record a lot the last couple of weeks! Gone Baby, Don't Be Long is my favourite track. I also love the Paul McCartney song it samples: Arrow Through Me.

Hmmm - I really didn't like Part 1. Her first two are still my favourites.
