I just listened to The Directors Cut Dang what a crazy album. Crazy good. Sounds like Pink floyd on crack. But really really good crack.

I really really love this album, being a pretty big horror movie fan, it's probably one of my favorite Mike Patton album.

After I listened to it I put some of their newer albums on and while I appreciated them I found them a lot more difficult to listen to. Director's cut is so much more musical and less noisey. Mike Patton is probably my favorite vocalist but the newer albums seem to be a lot more freaking out and not so much actual singing. I love the fact that he can go from lounge singer mode to spawn of satan at the drop of a hat but lately he's been doing the demon sound a little too much for me.

Yep, they're mental I saw them on tour last year (with Terry Bozzio drumming ) It was... an experience But an enjoyably psychotic one.

I read an interview with Bozzio and he said that Fantomas was one of his hardest gigs to play...and that is a lot to say!!!...

My favorite Fantomas cd has to be SUSPENDED ANIMATION...
