+1 but they have so many good songs I like to think you'd have to say favorite album, which in my case would be Piece of Mind, closely followed by Aces High then The Number of The Beast.

Number of the Beast

just pure awesomeness... it's a milestone

I don't know if I ever can get tired of playing that album.

I thoroughly wore out the Powerslave album in highschool, LOL! So most of my favorites are off that album (Aces, 2 Minutes, Powersalve, Mariner), but am also very fond of a handful of other Maiden songs both before & after that album - Number of The Beast, Flight of Icarus, Run To The Hills, Wasted Years, etc.

I don't really like Iron Maiden much, but I love 'Phantom of the Opera'. Even if the middle bit is pinched from Budgie.

Love all their stuff, but fave song, and album both go to Powerslave.

Well, Live After Death is my real fave album, Powerslave is my fave studio one.

I know. I cannot decide between ALOT of them as well. Steve Harris is now in my top 3 of bass players. How about this question. What do you think of their newest album, A Matter of Life nand Death? I think It is a very good album myself.

Run to The Hills, because it's the only song of theirs I really listen to.

wow. i have a hard time picking a favorite per album, at least up until 7th son.

back when i was playing a lot of maiden covers in my college band in the late 80s, to tame a land was one of my favorites to play, along with killers, genghis khan and phantom of the opera.
