Favourite Metal Bands

Sign in to disble this ad
don't know if i am in the right place but i was just wondering what ur guys fave metal bands are. i love my thrash metal!

my fave bands are as follows death, exodus, anthrax, slayer, mastodon and finally my fave is megadeth. dave ellefson is a pretty decent bassist but my love of megadeth is cause of dave mustaine's super technical rhythm guitar. i even have a ltd dv-8 sig guitar and it is so damn awesome.

Kittie, Cradle of Filth, Slayer, Anthrax, Pantera, Black Label Society (not so heavy), and a lot more. I used to be a metal-head, not so much anymore.

How long have you got?
In no particular order, Death, Omnium Gatherum, Cradle Of Filth, Bal Sagoth, Cynic, Atheist, Cryptopsy, Pitchshifter, Enslaved, Ministry, Rhapsody, Strapping Young Lad, Devin Townsend, this list could go on for a very long time indeed.

Damn man, so hard, but I will try. Keep in mind, these are all bands that in some way dip into the metal genre (from thrash to post-metal):

Black Sabbath, Mastodon, Metallica, Pantera, Corrosion of Conformity, Down, Hatebreed, Deftones, Fu Manchu, Slipknot, Killswitch Engage, Gojira, Throwdown, High on Fire, Isis, Pelican, Mouth of the Architect, Clutch, Bongzilla, The Sword...I could keep going.

Ha ha...Believe it or not I have a job too, which doesn't involve listening to metal. What job that would be though...I'd be rich!!

Anyway, I was bored the other day and updated my myspace profile, so I just copied and pasted.

Sabbath
Opeth
Metallica
Pantera
APC
Devin Townsend
Killswitch Engage
