Finally written a song I like

The band I'm with have been together a while and we've not managed to do loads of practising due to various jobs and distances. But today we made a breakthrough in that we made a song that we all like. We all contributed to the song and I'm pleased with how it sounds.

We recorded a very rough demo of it direct from the mixer into the laptop using audacity. Unfortunately we didn't have my laptop and the one there didn't have a line in so we had to use the mic socket which affected recording quality somewhat. The bass is my new Fender MIM Precision DI'd into the mixer with a small treble boost and it sounds aright but a bit distorted due to the mic socket.

Anyway http://www.myspace.com/viciouspapercutmusic. Let me know what you think. I'd like to record it properly when we've worked a bit more on it.

EDIT: Yes, the drums are done on a keyboard - I know it's dodgey but it kind of suits the song I think!

Sorry, It's called 'Industrual Music'. It should be the first one.

The others are all jams and stuff, the Jazz Odyssey one was just a joke (as were a couple of the others). And the Mr Cool one was a throw together which we recorded in a studio with some left over time from us recording some stuff for someone else. So this is the first one we've actually managed to spend time writing it properly.
