it seems that bootsy collins(or someone that looks very much like him) is playing with flea. Does anyone know when this was and where it was?

or does anyone have the full video?

Yeah that's bootsy, no one else I know of plays a bass like that.

Allthough my eyes have been damamged by seeing Flea in his underwear.
