So I was reflecting on some youtube videos I had uploaded and looked back at one that sounded godly to me.
When I recorded it I think I was clipping the input of my kustom PA's Mixer and added a nice little fuzz to it, and I just love the tone

Tell me what you think:

Has this happened to you?, Just totally accidental tones which make your jaw drop?

(I hope this is the right place, It partains to recording I suppose)

Sounds pretty nice to me a little overdrive while finger playing and clear slap tone.

Rock on!

My guitarist and I were laying down some scratch tracks for a new song a few weeks back, and we were recording through a cheap little Behringer mixer into Garageband. We miced up my cab with an SM57 and ran another line direct, after my Bass VT and Homebrew Hematoma. He blended the two signals, and it sounded HUGE in the mix. It was my first experience with the Bass VT, and I had only had the Hema for about two weeks, so I was still experimenting with both of them at that time.
