I used to play in a psychedelic punk cabaret band. It fell apart when I moved from MN to CA, but the guitarist compiled these .mp3s and our album art from 2 EPs we did so I figured I would post them all over the Internet.
The Butcher's Bag

Download and have a listen- it's free! I think we created something truly bizarre and occasionally beautiful and I'm proud of that. I played bass and cello and did some weird backup harmonies.

It's a big download!

But worth it. I'm really enjoying it. Your bass-playing is really good too.

Superb!!!!

Thanks! The mp3s are encoded @ 320kbps so that's why it's kinda big. Enjoy it and feel free to pass it on to anyone who might like it!

For me it's got that "Cabaret"/Dresden Dolls / Lydia Lunch / Birthday Party thing going on.

When we played out we would get comparisons of everything from Zappa to Gogol Bordello. Any songs stand out to you guys?
