Freedom to do Nothing, a day's project.

Have you ever had one of those days where you had nothing to do, so rather than fall into the neglect and decay of endless Facebook or Talkbass, you force yourself to record something despite the fact that you haven't recorded anything in literally five years?

...I fell into that today and this is what came of it:
Freedom to do Nothing by EricSLeyva on SoundCloud.

Short track, cheesy Blues about how bored I am.

Computer drums, line-out bassline, wrote lyrics, recorded vox, halfway thru guitar mic'd track when I realized that the bass was tuned a half-step up from what my guitar was (I play in C - two steps down) so I went back to the 2nd step to redo the bassline, throw some new vocals down and do a terr'ble take of guitar.

Whatever. It's done. Happy as I can ever be with it. Enjoy!

...been listening to it on repeat for an hour.
