Fun bass lines

What is a bass line that you've learned lately that is fun to play?

I've been playing:

"Paralyzer" - Finger Eleven (Cool, quasi-funky with movement and fun fills)

"Somebody Told Me" - The Killers (I like the intro and the techno element to it)

If you like that one, "Born To Be My Baby" is another fun Bon Jovi bass line. My personal favorite of theirs.

+1 on Living on a prayer and I wish.

A few other Stevie songs that are really fun to play: Sir Duke, Another Star and of course the older ones like I Was Made To Love Her and For Once In My Life.

Then a few by Jamiroquai: Love Foolosophy, Canned Heat and Cosmic Girl.

Wish I could play some Steely Dan songs... Those are fun, but a bit too hard for me to play by ear due to the often very unusual chords and complex harmony. Same thing with jazz...

I also like playing "Tush" by ZZ Top, especially a bit faster than the original.

China Girl - David Bowie
You Can't Hurry Love - The Supremes
Walking On Sunshine - Katrina and the Waves (one-hit wonder from the 80s)
Rio - Duran Duran
Pump It Up - Elvis Costello and the Attractions (love Bruce Thomas )
Maneater - Hall & Oates
Paradise - Sade (love Paul Denman too )
Stepping Out - Joe Jackson
Psycho Killer - The Talking Heads
She Moves In Mysterious Ways - U2

(Yes, I think the 80s had a lot of good basslines...)

"Spottieottiedogalicious" by Outkast.
I don't know the bassline exactly(My amp is getting fixed and I'm listening to the track through my laptop) but I improve over it and I learned the horn section. I love that melody.

"Free" the marcus miller version? I just keep watching Lydia's youtube video and playing along. I can't find the track on limewire and im not sure if i want to buy the import.

"Kick in the Eye" by Bauhaus... for a goth band, David J sure put a great deal of stank on many of his bass lines.

Oh, forgot one: Room 335 by Larry Carlton. It sounds like the intro/outro song for a talkshow on TV but it's really a cool to jam over, especially the chord progression in the chorus. Took me a while to figure it out (by ear)...
