fun demo

Hey guys, check out these recordings if you get a chance and let me know what you think. I've been playing with this young drummer for a few months now (he's 15) and we recently recruited a keyboardist who is interested in similar styles of music so we threw down a demo to get a few summer gigs.

It is def a demo, we've only played about 5 times with this guy and he just learned one of these songs the day we recorded it (Latin Love). Plus i'm really new to playing latin influenced stuff, i've listened to a fair bit and have been doing some studying of the claves, but I have a long ways to go. I'm not a jazz player either, but I give it my best.

We're three generations of musicians, which I think is cool, Joe has a son two years younger than me that plays bass (i'm 32) and I have a daughter two years younger than our drummer who is a drummer. It's a fun dynamic.

Anyhow here's the myspace link http://www.myspace.com/triangulo33 , plz check it out!

sounds good!

you guys aren't quite locking in, but that'll be remedied by a few more practices.

Yeah, it's a lot looser than I want it to be, but all in all I think it's pretty good for what time we've had. I'm also going to add some vocals to a couple of the songs here which I think will fill it out a bit.

Thanks for the feedback!

Sounds great. That should be a lot of fun, a three piece.

Best of luck.
