I had read about C.O.E.D. in some Rhonda Smith interviews, I'm glad the project is making progress.

I just downloaded the single and, whoo lawd, this is gonna be a fine record if it's full of the same funk that's on the single!

It's a nice track and if the CD release has music of similar quality, I will probably buy it. Maybe it has to grow on me but it didn't strike me as being gotta have material. Did anyone else feel that they should have given Rhonda a little more booty in the mix?

Rhonda always records that way. Even her own cd's weren't bass booty heavy although very funky! Sorry, but I gotta have this one whether it's full of similar funk or not. It's gonna be a rare issue and due to the fact it's all female. I'm a huge fan of Sheila E and Rhonda Smith so why not support them.

Gotta find out who their touring drummer is..............

I like Sheila & Rhonda also but hey, if it ain't working for me.....

Now the jury is still out on C.O.E.D. with me but I've got so much music that I need to try to reacquire that I simply can't afford to buy a release just for the sake of supporting the artist. It's got to be something that I'm gonna listen to. You feel differently about it and there's nothing wrong with that.
