Funk Cover Video #10 - Bohemian Rhapsody (Drum n Bass)

Sign in to disble this ad
Happy New Year, folks! Thanks for checking out all of the videos I've been posting over the past couple of months. Here's one last piece of craziness: a drum n bass cover of Bohemian Rhapsody. Ambitious? Yes. Awesome? Oh yeah. Our band is called KC Roberts & the Live Revolution

If you like what you see/hear, please check out KCLR Fund and consider pre-ordering our upcoming double LP, Parkdale Funk 2. It (for REALS) is gonna be amazing! Jan 1 is the last day to pre-order. All earnings from the pre-sales go toward the recording/mixing/mastering/manufacturing of the record.

And to anyone who's checked out our other videos, spread the word, send us good vibes, etc., we're so grateful for your support! All the best in 2012.

Here's the video:

This is what a "cover" should be. An interpretation of a tune not a note-for-note copy. Well done!

I think that may be my favorite cover of any song that I've ever heard. You guys really killed it. It was creative and original in just the right ways. Great bass work too. Are you using some effect on the bass? It almost sounds like there's an octave pedal in there.

Gotta redo that whole thing. It's "stone" me, not "stop" me. You guys blew it. Backing to the drawing for ya'll I guess.

Aright, aright... the who got away with a "switchback on a motorbike" in their cover of saturday night's alright. I'll let it slide.

Awesome stuff. Watched most of the vids I wish lots of success on you guys and girls. Can tell yer a hardworking band and you all deserve it.

Nice work! I enjoyed it. The horns really bring a Ska flavour. The guitarist does a good job nailing the Brian May sound... Top shelf all around.

Excellent band, be sure to post when your new LP is released.

Very commercial sounding yet, holds your attention with the great arrangements & excellent singing & musicianship.

Of course, Dog! Summer 2012 for those who pre-ordered. A bit later for the general public. I'll keep TB posted.

Thanks for your support, everyone.
