how about...Larry Coryell's 11th House. (One of the 1st uses of the Mutron III)
Herbie Hankock's "Mwandishi" band (with Eddie Henderson, Bennie Maupin, Buster Williams etc).
In the 90's there was Shannon Jackson.
Bill Lazwell has Many efforts that qualify (as well as his remix of Miles' 70s work)(and production of albums by Hancock, Jackson, Sharrock, Ginger Baker etc).
A kind of Latin influenced fusion, often with Jack Bruce on bass and vocals: Kip Hanrahan.
I consider "Oregon" and "Shakti" to be "fusion" but they're an acoustic kind.
Everything by Pastorious after, before & during Weather Report, like the live trios he recorded, one with Albert Manglesdorf (trombone harmonics) one with John McLaughlin, the so called "Trio Of Doom".
Everything by Jon Hassle. (Also recorded with Talking Heads and Perter Gabriel) Miroslav Vitus bass on Hassle's Earthquake Island.
Lastly, the work of David Torn (sometimes w/ Bruford), and Mic Carne.

Eddie Henderson's Sunburst (w/ Buster Williams, Alphonso Johnson, George Duke, etc) is an oft-forgotten '70s Fusion "gem". More Headhunter-ish than RTF-ish.

Anyone recall New York Mary? Rick Petrone on bass?

'80s Fusion?
How about The Fents w/ Laurence Cottle.
I have New York Mary on vinyl. I got hip to Rick Petrone though Maynard Ferguson's band when I was first starting to really dig jazz. Maynard's band always had kick ass players.
+1 on the Fents too, their label Passport Jazz was about the only one putting out 70's style fusion in the 80's, but of course it didn't last long.
