Steal this Album is really raw and full of emotion, but bad recording quality and Sarj's voice is off a bit at times. The two new ones are good, but different than what they had done in the past. The guitarist does a lot of singing and his voice annoys me.

Toxicity is good, for a nu metal album. |

Problem with me is I saw them in concert and read an interview with the guitarist. They were pricks who seemed uninterested to be there. Haven't been able to view them the same since.

But I think it all depends on your taste since each album is quite different from the last. To me they started out a lot heavier than they are now and have gotten progressively more melodic and a little less heavy. |

They were not so great live (Disturbed blew them off the stage), and they definitely had a "prick" vibe to them. No interactions with the crowd, no "thank you"s, no encore, just a pretty boring, uninterested, sloppy performance. I do like the recorded material, however.
I certainly won't pay to see them again.

lowsound | Yep, but I think you can skip most after toxicity if you only want them in their prime.
