Good Recording Device?

Sign in to disble this ad
I've been wanting to record my covers for a long time but with any video taking devices at my house all I can capture is the 1st,2nd, and 3rd string above the 7th fret and anything lower is too low and isn't picked up, are there any good devices that will videotape and capture the lower frequencies? thanks

What are you listening back on? My $80 Flip video records the low end just fine, when listening back with headphones.

I listen to the clip through the speakers on the machine usually, I used a bb playbook once and just watched the video and all i could hear was low quiet buzzing not a single note, I was thinking of picking up a flip anyway though, if you listen back on the CPU does it work?
